How the prize draw works
Every My Caravan Deals draw follows the same simple, published process. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you text in to the day the keys change hands.

Choose your prize
Browse the active draws. Every caravan or lodge is a real, fully inspected unit sited at a UK holiday park — you can see the park, the specification and the prize value before you enter.
Step 2
Enter by SMS
Text the draw keyword to our shortcode. Each text costs £2 plus your standard network rate and buys you one numbered entry. Text as many times as you like — each one is a separate ticket.
Step 3
We draw live
Once the prize value target is reached, entries close and we draw a random ticket live. The winner is contacted the same day and the keys are handed over at the park.

Common questions
What happens if the target isn't reached?
If a draw doesn't reach its target value by the closing date, no caravan is awarded and the draw is marked as closed. Entries are non-refundable — this is stated on every draw page and in our terms.
How much does an entry cost?
£2 per SMS entry, plus your standard network message rate. There are no subscriptions and no hidden charges.
How many entries can I buy?
As many as you like. Each SMS is one ticket, so more texts mean better odds. Please only spend what you can comfortably afford.
How do I know my entry counted?
Every ticket appears on our public entry list with a masked phone number and timestamp. Search for the last three digits of your number to find yours.
How is the winner picked?
A random number generator selects one ticket from the full entry list, streamed live and independently verified. The result is published on the Past Winners page.
Are there site fees to pay?
Prize details vary by draw. Where pitch fees are included for a period, it is stated on that draw page. Otherwise the winner takes on the standard park agreement.
